Biography:
Yi Lin Zeng is a student at Parsons School of Design majoring in Design and Technology.
Born in Shenzhen, China—a city renowned for its technology and design—she grew up in Vancouver, Canada, where she developed an interest in exploring natural and biological phenomena. Her perspective on the environment deepened through community engagement and the arts. Her works explores the potential of interactive media and immersive storytelling.
Studying abroad in the United States at Parsons, she continues to explore her language through mixed reality, immersive storytelling, and installation art. She sees value in an ongoing exploration of the complex relationship between humans and the environment and its potential to be altered through art expression.
Outside of Design and Technology, Yi Lin engages in sculpture and dance.
